Get UR Sh!t Together

May 9, 2026 – This podcast was originally posted LIVE on Facebook and then ended up on YouTube and Spotify. Yana and I discussed near-death experiences and life perspective, mental health, addiction recovery and sobriety, leaving toxic relationships, people pleasing and living someone else’s life, as well as choosing yourself and rebuilding your life. If these feel like subjects you need to unpack, this episode will meet you where you are.

The Cyclical Doula

Apr 23, 2026 – This podcast hosted by Emma Goff is great for women (and men) who want to learn more about women’s issues and self-advocacy in a nontraditional way. Everyday Talks… With Paula

Mar 27, 2026 – This opportunity started off as a panel. I was invited to chat with multiple other women about these hot-button topics. However, like many topics that are hard to stomach, sometimes people don’t want to have their opinions on the record. Paula and I don’t shy away from this frank discussion about Women – Weapons – and “What’s wrong with that?” Even though we’re in very different countries, we’ve unfortunately had a lot of similar experiences that we share in this animated session.
