Sarah M. Shoulak is a remote HR professional, speaker, artist, nonprofit co-founder, and all-around Jill-of-all-trades. She’s also a mental health advocate, SA survivor, suicide survivor, has survived multiple brushes with death herself, and is an author with a new memoir manifesto coming out in April titled: Dead Serious: How Death Made Me Laugh at Life.

She had the exciting opportunity to write a chapter of the Wisdom Before Me book alongside her mother and role model, Judy Shoulak. This anthology included 15 passionate women who share their own impactful stories.
